Some companies don't let staff add Outlook add-ins themselves. Send your IT team this:
ThreeTimeSlots is a Microsoft 365 Outlook add-in by Innovate Audit Africa (Pty) Ltd. It asks for two delegated permissions, User.Read and Calendars.ReadBasic, reads only free/busy times, never reads email and never changes the calendar. There is no server in between: Outlook talks to Microsoft Graph directly. Details: https://threetimeslots.com/privacy.html
IT can deploy it for everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin centre, under Settings → Integrated apps.
Works with
Classic Outlook for Windows (Microsoft 365). A Microsoft 365 work or school account is required; personal Outlook.com accounts aren't supported. Questions: [email protected].
