An Outlook add-in · one-time $5
Offer three times. Not a booking link.
One click in Outlook checks your calendar and writes your next three free slots into the email you're writing, as plain, polite lines your client can simply reply to.
Pay once, keep it. No subscription, no account to create.
You know the shuffle.
Someone asks to meet. You open your calendar, scan the week, flip back to the email, type a time, flip back to check you haven't double-booked yourself, and do it twice more.
01
Open the calendar
Leave the email you were halfway through writing.
02
Hunt for gaps
Skip the busy mornings, leave room either side of other meetings.
03
Type it all back
Day, date, start, end, three times over, without a typo.
ThreeTimeSlots turns all of that into one button.
Why not just send a booking link?
Booking links are great for support calls. They're awkward when you're writing to a director, a partner or a prospective client. Asking them to click through, open a page and book themselves into your diary doesn't feel like a personal invitation.
A booking link
- Hands the scheduling work to the other person
- Sends them to a page outside their inbox
- Can feel transactional to a senior contact
Three times in your own words
- Reads like you checked your diary for them, because you did
- They reply "Monday works", and that's it
- It's your email, so you can edit anything before sending
How it works
-
Step 1
Put your cursor where the times should go
In any new email or reply in Outlook.
-
Step 2
Click "Insert 3 times"
ThreeTimeSlots checks when you're busy and picks the next three free slots that fit your rules.
-
Step 3
Read it over and send
The times are ordinary text in your email. Change anything you like.
Your diary, your rules
Set it up once. Every click after that follows the same preferences.
Meeting length
30 minutes, an hour, or whatever you usually need.
Working hours and days
Only offer times you'd actually accept.
Breathing room
Keep a gap before and after your other meetings.
Spread across days
Three different days, so there's a real choice.
Notice period
Start from tomorrow, or next week.
Your opening line
"Would any of these suit you?" added automatically, if you like.
It only looks at when you're busy
ThreeTimeSlots asks Microsoft for your free and busy times, works out the gaps in your Outlook, and writes them into your email. That's all.
- Never reads your emails
- Never books, changes or sends anything
- Your calendar never touches our servers. It runs inside your Outlook
One price. Once.
Try it free on your next 10 emails. If it saves you the shuffle, unlock it for good.
$5
one-time payment, per person
- Unlimited use, no subscription

Needs Outlook with a Microsoft 365 work or school account.
Questions
Which Outlook does it work in?
Classic Outlook for Windows. [ADD OTHERS ONCE TESTED: new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac.]
Does the person I'm emailing need anything?
No. They just see three times in your email and reply.
Will my IT department need to approve it?
Most small businesses can install it themselves from the add-in store. Some larger organisations only allow add-ins their IT team has approved; if that's you, send them this page.
What if two people pick the same slot?
ThreeTimeSlots doesn't hold or book anything. It only suggests times, exactly as you would by hand, and you book the meeting once they reply.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If ThreeTimeSlots isn't for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
